Berkeley House is a small comfortable AA four star guest house, offering bed and breakfast, ideally situated upon Babbacombe Sea Front with magnificent views across the Downs and Lyme Bay.

Front 'premier' rooms offer either sea facing balconies where one can sit and enjoy the breathtaking views or ground floor sea facing with its own private lounge.

Berkeley House is a five bedroomed family run guest house. All our delightfully decorated rooms are ensuite and although dinner is not served, the acclaimed breakfasts will set you up for a good days sightseeing.
