Description:
Be Our Guest, a full service Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse, surpasses the lodging needs of most travelers. Singles, couples, small groups and large families alike will find Be Our Guest a charming and comfortable retreat. There is an overall Southwestern decor and theme. Time spent collecting books, art and antiques has added interest and flavor to the rustic and spacious Lodge Room. Each guestroom is uniquely decorated and named. Three of the 5 guestrooms have full private baths. The other guestrooms and sleeping area have 3 baths that they share.
Most of the accommodations include a deliciously prepared breakfast, served in the dining room and sun room. No one is allowed to leave hungry! There are kitchen privileges and another full kitchen for guests to use on the ground floor. Let us know if you have any special dietary needs. Other meals may be prepared with prior arrangement.
We are snuggled in the pines on the north side of Hwy160E at the 150 Mile Marker, in San Juan River Village. Our mountain village backs into the national forest and the San Juan River is just across the highway. We are 17 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area and 6 miles from the hot mineral baths in Pagosa Springs. There is great access and good parking.

This was my very first time to stay at a B & B. Tom & Pam have proved to me that B & B's are the way to go. It was so nice to come back to their beautiful home after a long day, it felt like coming home. The breakfast was fantistic. And their hospitality has warmed my heart. I concider them friends and I am looking forward to staying again whenever I am in Pagosa Springs.

This is the place, it has all the comforts of home, lots of room, great mountain views , and owners are lots of fun to be with. We have been coming to Be Our Guest for 10 years both in the winter and in the summer. Tom and Pam will do everything possible to make you comfortable, if you forget something they will mail it to you or if you need help while you are there they will get it for you regardless of time of day or night. We recommend this place everytime someone mentions Pagosa Springs. We can't wait to get back to Pagosa and be Our Guest B&B.

Pagosa Springs is a beautiful place with people like Tom & Pam and their beautiful home they share with others makes the stay warm and friendly. Fantastic! I have been all over this country and met several people and it is nice to know that there are still people out there like the Schoemigs that actually care about their customers. Not only did they treat my family like their own, they were always there to lend a hand and to offer information and ideas. The service was great. The accomodations were great. And the atmosphere was great. Pam and Tom helped turn a basic 'trip' to Colorado into a family 'vacation' that will be remembered by us as one of the best ever. Thanks guys!
