Description:
This small gracious Victorian Hotel provides a relaxing, comfortable retreat with views overlooking the spectacular cliffs of Port Isaac Bay.
All of our eight ensuite rooms are individually decorated, each with their own ambience and most with sea views. Enjoy the peacefulness of our elegant drawing room, or the cosy Colonial Snug which contains an Honesty Bar and is the only room where smoking is permitted.
We serve a generous traditional breakfast using the finest of local ingredients available. Individual preferences can be catered for.
Our aim is for you to return home refreshed in body, mind and spirit having enjoyed the beauty of Cornwall whilst experiencing the tranquility and warmth of "our house by the sea"

allthough the premises externally looked like it could do with a lick of paint, inside was a treasure trove, lovely lounges with oxblood oxford leather seating, our room, allthough being the least expensive, was well appointed, clean and most of al charmingly delightfull with spectacular views of the bay, i'd strongly recommend this as the ideal place to visit port isaac and port gaveare.

Good location and nice room. My only complaint would be that the breakfast room was cold as they only had a small electric heater instead of having the log fire alight. We were the only guests however and it was a cold weekend.
