Friendly and very accomodating hosts, an excellent base for our stay in Islay, good honest home cooking (a great scotish breakfast!) and pleasent surroundings. I would definately recommend the Ballygrant Inn and would return in the future. With the availability of an eveing meal in the restaurant and evening drinking in the bar it was a perfect solution for a family stay.
