Description:
The Arosa is a quiet, family owned and operated bed and breakfast establishment, situated in Bexhill on Sea's Edwardian conservation area. We provide clean, comfortable and competitively priced accommodation, all supported by friendly staff who's aim is to provide a four star service.
We supply a traditional English breakfast with hot or cold beverages or a variety of breakfast cereals and fresh fruit as an alternative, should you prefer. We can also provide a slightly more economical option of accommodation on a “room only” basis, should you wish.
Being centrally located in the town we are just a stone's throw from the seafront, shops, railway station, bus station and all other amenities.
Within the town you will find numerous banks, building societies, cash points and Post Office, all conveniently situated for your use. Additionally there is a choice of restaurants, wine bars, cafe's and public houses, not to mention some of the best “five star” fish and chip restaurants in the area.
Public car parking facilities are also available at the De La Warr Pavillion which is located less that 100 yards from us.
Bexhill is also famous for its elegant De La Warr Pavilion, a remarkable example of 1930's modernist architecture, which offers entertainment to suit all tastes and a place to relax in the sun.

Felt very comfortable and relaxed here, mixture of being by the seaside and the welcomimg accomodation.
Usually pop over to bexhill twice a year and am glad I have found a good place to stay for future visits

the rooms are clean but ugly....I have consistantly found the people rude and unhelpful and so I would not choose to stay in their hotel.

Very warm and comfortable. The house could do with some refurbishments as the wallpaper and fixtures and fittings are very dated. Otherwise very pleasant.

What a nice place to stay. As a frequent business traveller I use B/B's all over the UK. This place is a little gem. Food is great and it's quiet and comfortable too.
