Built by a wealthy merchant in the early 1900s the Victorian Inn has been the home of parliamentarians and Bishops. Now sympathetically restored, the Inn maintains the charm and character of the Victorian age yet with wireless Internet and cable, offers the convenience of today.

Each of the 10 bedrooms and 2 apartments are individually decorated in subtle Victorian themes and there is a range of accommodation to suit the varying needs of our guests.At the inn we are proud to use as many local products as possible and this includes our breakfast menu.

Our guests are offered fresh fruit from the local farms when available, bread from the town bakery and preserves from a nearby supplier. We also offer a cooked breakfast that uses local eggs and local meats.
