Description:
Welcome to the Annan Hotel, Llandudno
An elegant, detached Bed & Breakfast hotel set within its own grounds in a quiet location just a couple of minutes walk from the promenade and town centre.
Established in 1945, we offer an efficient service, friendly staff and a warm welcome. There is an ornate, spacious dining room, a residents lounge - reserved for hotel guests and gardens in which to sit and relax. A large car park provides ample parking for all residents - a rarity in Llandudno.

There are 18 excellent bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. The hotel offers ground floor, family, double, twin and single rooms, all centrally heated with colour television and tea/coffee making facilities.
For those seeking rest and relaxation, the family run hotel supplies the answer. You will be made most welcome whether you take a short break or have a long stay. Llandudno is a pleasure whatever the season.

This imposing property was commissioned in 1860 by Thomas Edward Mostyn (1830 ~ 1861) as a luxury home for his daughter. Thomas, who was a wealthy landowner, could afford the best. He chose a beautiful location at the base of the Great Orme in what is now known as the old town. It was built from welsh stone to the highest specifications by the best tradesmen. Nearly all the masonry & woodwork is original, a living testament to quality craftsmanship and materials used. With a total of 25 rooms the house was and still is the epitome of Victorian elegance. With high ceilings, ornately decorated and amply sized rooms, it was one of the best properties in the town.
In 1945 the house was converted it into an hotel by a new owner. The sympathetic conversion preserves the original features such as the grand entrance. With the downstairs rooms furnished in Victorian style the house retains the luxury feeling of days long gone.
2002 saw the Hotel acquired by the McNamara's. Both vastly experienced in the leisure industry, Andy & Debbie are improving the Hotel gradually, incorporating modern technology, such as discreet CCTV security, wireless Broadband and computerised administration.
This unique property is maintained to the highest standards. A home from home, the clientele is varied with many returning year on year. You will not be disappointed.
