Bob & Annick warmly welcome you to their family run guest house located conveniently on the main road in Brixham.

The guest house is close to all amenities including Brixham shops and restaurants, the port, coastal paths, and Churston Golf Course.

Our seven bedroom guest house is set in its own grounds with ample car parking for all our residents and a landscaped garden, which guests are encouraged to use.

Most bedrooms have en-suite bath or shower rooms; all rooms have colour television, clock radio and tea and coffee making facilities. Double, twin, single rooms and family rooms are all available. All rooms are decorated to a high standard. Four rooms, all en-suite, are located on the ground floor. Also available is a refrigerator located in the guest dining room for guests to keep items such as milk and cold drinks.

The guest house is located on the No. 12 bus route serving Paignton, Torquay and Newton Abbott. The bus stops are directly opposite the guest house for buses coming into Brixham and from outside our neighbours house for buses leaving Brixham.

We offer locked storage for bicycles and out of sight parking for motorcycles.

The guest house has been awarded 4 stars by the AA assuring you of a high level of service and cmfort during your stay with us.

Directions By car

Enter Brixham on the A3022. At the traffic light junction with Monksbridge Road bear left. Immediately past the Toll House on the right is the Anchorage Guest House. The car park is to the left of the guest house.

In July and August if you are travelling via the M5 you are advised to follow the A38 to Ashburton then take the A384/A385 to Totnes. From Totnes continue on the A385 until you meet the A3022 junction to Brixham. This avoids the bottleneck between Newton Abbott and Torquay.

DirectionsBy Bus

Take the number 12 BayLine bus. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Monksbridge stop in New Road Brixham, which is immediately past the first set of traffic lights on entering Brixham. The guest house is on the right hand side of New Road, immediately to the left of the Toll House. The bus will drop you off within 90 metres (100 yards) of our guesthouse.

Directions By train

Take the train to Paignton Station. Then either take a taxi or the No. 12 BayLine bus to our guest house.
