Featured on Great Escapes, Travel Channel and Style Network. Visit our website for details on our 1, 2 or 3BR units. Units for 2-8 or rent the entire property for 20-26.

Luxury 1BR Suites with kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, bath w/shower or jetted tub w/shower, deck, complimentary coffee, tea, cocoa, popcorn, cookies, candy and more. Each Suites has 2 TV's, 2 VCR's w/free movie rental, 2 phones w/free local calls, terry robes, slippers, iron & board, luxury bath amenities. Truly wonderful accommodations designed for two adults (sorry no children in these units).

We also have very comfortable family 1BR & 2BR Duplex Units as well as our two 3BR Houses. Rent the entire property for 20-26 people. Great for reunions.
All units have kitchens, many with fireplace, jetted tubs &/or decks. Many extras included for added comfort.


All units are very close to beach, river and downtown Broadway St. Stay a week and receive a tote bag filled with goodies. Visit Paradise and see why so many of our guests are repeat customers.

1BR Suites: $110-$160 per night, September through June, 2 night min.
1BR Suites: $165-$185 per night, July & August, 2 night min.
1BR Duplex Unit: $120-$165 per night, September through June, 2 night min.
1BR Duplex Unit: $175-$195 per night, July & August, 4-5 night min.
2BR Duplex Unit: $155-$205 per night, September through June, 2 night min.
2BR Duplex Unit: $225-$235 per night, July & August, 4-5 night min.
3BR House: $195-$250 per night, September through June, 2 night min.
3BR House: $275-$295 per night, July & August, 4-5 night min.

Our family stayed for 5 nights during the week of the 4th of July. The three bedroom house we rented was just perfect for us. We could not get over how clean it was. As we entered the kitchen we noticed we were given a canvas bag (to keep) with wine, cheese, crackers, nuts, cookies, candy, etc. Really a nice touch. Never had that before in vacation rentals. This house had plenty of room and the back bedroom for my mother was great. She had her own bathroom and loved having her own space. It was only a few little blocks to everything. My husband and I are coming back for our anniversary in October in one of the one bedroom suites. I hope the flowers are still in bloom. Our entire family highly recommends this property.
