Let the harsh world you left behind (temporarily) slip away and seem like "only a bad dream" for a little while. Kupono Farms, the site of Waonahele, is part of a Hawaiian family land trust. The trust was established to perpetuate the use of the land as a means of self sufficiency and a permanent source of reproduction of established native Hawaiian medicinal and food plants, trees and aquaculture. It is also utilized as a learning and teaching arena for the continued transfer of knowlege in the usage, care and proper preparation of everything cultivated at the farm site.
