refrigerator, shower,bath/Jacuzzi.CableTV. A/C Only 2hrs from Manhattan. spring water, total quiet. Superb hiking on/off property. X country skiing. Private stretch famous trout stream. Pets welcome. Fine dining nearby.15 mins 4*golf courses,riding,tennis. 2 summer concert venues-Bethel+Shandalee. Each cottage has designer ethnic theme and complete privacy but easy access from driveway summer and winter. Livingston Manor hamlet is only 7 minutes away with supermarket, pharmacy, art-gallery,bookstore,sports shop etc. There is a marked private hike on the property ( 25 minutes) and the best longer hiking in the Catskills 5 miles from the front gate.
Guests have invitation to join hosts for complimentary drink each evening.
DIRECTIONS: Livingston Manor is situated off Exit 96 on Rte 17 West. Turn left on to Debruce Rd, go 1 3/4 miles, entrance gate to property is on right.
