Sunsets and Memories, located at 302 65th Street in Holmes Beach is a beautiful, newly constructed four bedroom, three and one half bath home on a quiet residential street, less than two minutes from the beach. It features a heated pool with shallow area for children or tanning, a spa, an elevator and double garage. This executive level home has a spacious, open European style gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ceramic cook top, granite countertops and a separate dining area that makes Sunset and Memories a wonderful home in which to entertain guests. It even offers a central vacuum system and gas BBQ grill. There is an open deck off the living room that overlooks the pool area and gardens. A large Jacuzzi tub and spacious shower complements the spacious master suite. There are four bedrooms, two deluxe master suites and an open loft, which can easily serve as a fifth bedroom. For the workaholic, the open loft area features a desk with high-speed internet connection which includes free domestic long distance calling. This luxurious home is a perfect place to start your yearly vacation tradition. It will sleep eight with a two king size beds, a queen size bed, and two twin size beds. Sunsets and Memories is a one week minimum rental. This is a brand new home and will book quickly, so please don't delay.
Travel- From Europe you can fly into Tampa International Airport (TIA) about 45 min drive to our property. Within the USA you can fly into Sarasota Airport (SRQ) which is about one half hour away.
