Enjoy western casual luxury on 80+ acres within view of Mesa Verde National Park. We offer 2 cabins (self cater) plus 2 lodge rooms (B&B), open all year. Our 1980s Log cabin sleeps 4; comfortably, with queen downstairs bedroom and double bed and sofa, TV in the loft.
1700 sq. ft. spacious Guest house with 3bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths sleeps 8-10 in 2 units. Unit 1 is king plus single with full bath (shower), Unit 2 is 2 bedrooms with bath between. Beds are king plus 2 queens. Soofa also in living room.
Lodge b&b rooms with private bath sleep 2-3 . Mancos Rm is queen, full bath (tub/shower) and breakfast. Mesa verde Rm is oversized queen plus single, full bath (shower only), a corner fireplace, and breakfast.
Hot tub & sauna at main lodge.
Families are welcome. Pets welcome in cabins with restrictions; ask at time of reservation. We have large corrals for your horses.
Colorado specialty: bright blue sky by day, star-filled sky by night. Make Mesa Verde Country your destination any time of year for archeology, biking, motorcycling, hiking, horseback rides, rafting -- and relaxing!! . Come and make some special family memories!

Rates:
1) Mancos room in the lodge -- queen bed, private bath (tub/shower), breakfast for $112 all year.
2) Mesa Verde room in the lodge -- oversized queen plus single, private bath (shower), fireplace, TV, breakfast for $135 for 2 people, add $12 for thid person all year.
3). Log Cabin - queen bed downstairs with double plus sofa in the loft. Gas log fireplace. TV. One bath (tub/shower). Summer rate self cater $199; winter $165. For B&B add $8/person. With One night stay in summer add $35 cleaning fee.
4) Guest house (whole) $320 summer: $280 winter. Self cater only . 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bath. Sleeps about 9-11.
5) Guest house Unit 1 -- rent one bedrrom with king + single, private bath for $130 all year.
6) Guest house Unit 2 -- rent 2 bedrooms with bath between; beds are king plus 2 queens for $225 all year.
7) Guest house sole occupant -- call for details - $225-250.
