Welcome to the Steamboat Inn - Mystic, Connecticut’s only waterfront property! The Steamboat is a 11-room, luxury Inn with the finest amenities and most beautiful views of the Mystic River. We are located in the heart of Historic Downtown Mystic, just steps from fabulous shopping and fine dining.

You’ll find Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium and many other attractions just minutes away. If gaming is your pleasure we are located approximately 20 minutes from the world’s largest casinos, Foxwoods Resort Casino and Mohegan Sun Resort.

Each of our ten rooms are uniquely decorated with antiques and are individually climate controlled. Other amenities include cable TV with DVD players, free local calling, complimentary signature toiletries, hair dryers, alarm clock radios, ironing boards (irons available from the front desk), and whirlpool baths. Each room is also Internet accessible, either through dial-up or wireless DSL connection.

Our lovely George C. Moon common room is where you’ll enjoy an expanded continental breakfast each morning, including Steamboat Delectable muffins. Guests may help themselves to tea, hot chocolate, coffee and other beverages 24 hours a day. In the evenings sherry and cookies are served.

Originally Settled in 1684 on the banks of the Mystic River, our village has retained its charm and history as so few places have in New England. Once a booming 19th century ship building center, our connection to the sea is ongoing and the sailing schooners still pass beneath the Bascule Drawbridge.
