The Shore House is the ultimate romantic getaway at the waters edge, on the spectacular North Shore of Lake Tahoe, with private lawns and gardens, pier, and adjoining sandy beach. Each floor is surrounded by balconies and decks offering fabulous views of our pristine lake and her surrounding snow-capped mountains.

Your stay at the Shore House includes a gourmet breakfast served in our cozy lakefront dining room or on the lawns at the waters edge, and wine and appetizers each afternoon.

Your Hosts - Marty, Barb and Jake Cohen, have lived at Lake Tahoe for over 35 years, and know every nook and cranny of the north and west shores.

The Shore House offers nine guest rooms, each with its own special features and charm. All of our rooms have a private outdoor entrance, gas log fireplace, private bathroom and mini-refrigerator, TV, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board and are decorated with knotty pine walls, custom built log furniture, and Scandia Down comforters and featherbeds. Our large outdoor hot tub offers spectacular views of our lake and mountains. In the warmer months, kayaks are available for your enjoyment. Don't miss a private cruise on the Shore House yacht, the Lady of the Lake.

The Shore House also has it's own massage studio, specializing in couples massage.

The Shore House also specializes in all inclusive intimate weddings from 2 - 25 people.

Rates: $190.00 - 310.00 per night plus 10% tax (depending upon the season and room)
