Located in a lovely and historic neighborhood of Manitou Springs, Rockledge Country Inn is private and secluded, set behind majestic gates of a by-gone era. Awe-inspiring views, inviting terraces, fountains and numerous sitting areas provide places for reflection and rest. This historic landmark Arts and Crafts five-acre estate is considered one of the most distinguished homes of its era in Colorado. It features an elegant 8,000 square foot restored manor house with 6 guest rooms and unique carriage house accommodations.

Our air-conditioned suites feature generous amenities, luxury linens, elegant yet comfortable furnishings, complemented by our personal and four-diamond service. All rooms have a two-night minimum stay requirement during our season (May 15 - Oct 15) for a Saturday night reservation. Holiday weekends require a two-night minimum stay.

Common areas in the main house of the B&B include a center entry hall living room with a two-story copper hooded stone fireplace; cherry furnished dining room; main living room with 1875 Steinway grand piano, Italian marble fireplace, audio, video and print libraries and parlor games. The solarium and patio are perfect for enjoying the outdoors including the heated spa. The décor theme of Rockledge is best described as comfortable and casual elegance.
