The Revere House, located at 14 Court Street, is noted on local maps as early as 1836. The house was erected at the height of Provincetown's reign as a thriving fishing port.
Thought originally to be built as a Captain's home, the site was owned in 1880 by J. Rogers. A directory for 1886 states Joseph Berry, a fisherman, as the Home's resident. By 1907, the house had changed hands to Mr. A. King. It is now under the proud ownership of Gary A. Palochko, a "New Englander" at heart, born and raised in Connecticut.
Since the late 1960's, the house has been operated as an Inn to accommodate the many visitors that come to Provincetown each year to enjoy this small New England town and relax in the classic, charming atmosphere.
The Revere House was totally remodeled over the winter of 2004. Throughout its rennovation, great care was made to ensure that none of the original historic nineteenth century character was lost.
Today, the Revere House offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury that we're sure you'll want to come back to year after year.

Hotel Policies:
Your check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 am. There is a minimum $50 surcharge for early check-ins (only if the room is available) and a $75.00 surcharge for late checkouts. We serve extended continental breakfast in the morning from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. including Starbuck's coffee, Tazo tea, orange juice, yogurt, baked goodies, cereals and breads.
As each visitor to Provincetown learns, every house has a history and the Revere House is no exception. So look for Gary and the Revere Guest House to be featured in the re-broadcast of Hidden Treasures Abound, Episode 1612 of HGTV's popular series, If Walls Could Talk. Learn the secret of the house's hydrangeas and discover what was found in the house walls during the renovation if you haven't done so already.
We'd also like for you to note our parking policy. Due to sewer and septic conditions, we can only provide parking for five cars and can no longer accommodate larger vehicles or in and out privileges. If you are driving and do not plan to use your vehicle, you will need to reserve one of these parking places in advance by notifying us. Since we can no longer guarantee a parking place for everyone, we ask that if you have a larger truck, SUV or plan to use your car, that you make alternate parking plans. We realize this may prove a slight inconvenience but thank you in advance for your cooperation. There are several town lots nearby which charge a nominal fee.
Notice: we will be charging $10.00 per day for parking at the Revere House (There is no charge for parking during the winter)
Please bring a nylon bathing suit (no cutoffs) so you can enjoy our Vita Spa that has 10 different kind of jets and the outdoor shower with dressing area. (Note: Open only from May until October).
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Two (2) weeks prior to the reservation, 100% refund of your deposit less a $ 50.00 service charge. Should you need to cancel within 2 weeks of your reservation, we are unable to return your deposit unless we re-book the entire stay. There are no refunds for early departures and for deposits on holidays which include Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Carnival, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Women’s Week, Halloween and New Years.
Pets: Since we have two dogs of our own, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
