We are located in Estes Park, Colorado, a mountain town at 7500 feet elevation, about 70 miles northwest of Denver. The Quilt House is a 20 minute walk from downtown, and 5 miles from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park where hiking, wildlife watching, and scenic drives are favorite activities.

We have 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with queen beds and one room with 2 twin beds, all with private baths. Each bed has a home-made-quilt. A beautiful view can be seen from every window. We also have a guest house with fully equipped kitchenette and hide-a-bed couch for an extra person. Children under 10 in guest house only. Full breakfast is served.

We enjoyed our overnight at the Quilt House. The owners were quite helpful with maps of the area, suggestions for dining & evening entertainment and hiking trails to explore. Breakfast was excellent. It was served on china in a cozy dining room full of cookbooks! We will be back the next time we stay in Estes.

Very a well located property, with a wonderful breakfast. The furnishings could use some updating, but it was more then comfortable. No TV, no WI-FI

Our 2nd visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. Hans and Miriam are wonderful hosts and provide a superb breakfast daily. They also provide excellent guidance for restaurants, hikes, and other things to do in the area.

The B&B was very warm and comfortable and the hosts Hans and Miriam were extremely hospitable. The only issue I had with my stay was that to get to my room, I had to go through the main door and that made it seem slightly less private. The hosts, however, made sure that they left the main door open all the time and that the drawing room was sparsely used so gusts wouldn't feel like they were interrupting. The best part of the stay was the beautiful hand-made quilts that made the place very homely. Breakfast was great as well.

Hans and Miriam were fantastic hosts. The breakfasts were delicious and the ambiance was delightful. They are also a wonderful resource for happenings around town. Enjoy!
