Nagle Warren Mansion B&B, Cheyenne

The Nagle Warren Mansion Bed & Breakfast, one of Cheyenne's most elegant residences, was built by Erasmus Nagle in 1888, and in 1910 became the home of Francis E. Warren, businessman, Governor and U.S. Senator. In 1997, Jim Osterfoss purchased the mansion and renovated it for use as a bed and breakfast. In 1999, the Carriage house, which was home to horses, buggies and early automobiles, was renovated and turned into additional room accommodations. Many people in town remember the Carriage House as the home to the YWCA Playhouse which sponsored dances and social gatherings.

Fond memories of "first dances" and "first kisses" are still told as local residents visit this wonderful Victorian mansion. Now it's time for you to create your own special memories when you spend an evening or two at the Nagle Warren Mansion B&B.

Twelve luxurious rooms await your stay at the Nagle Warren Mansion. The Mansion houses six rooms and the Carriage House hosts the other six. Every room has been uniquely decorated to recreate the elegance of the Victorian West, from the ornate staircases to the authentic period wallpaper to the antique furniture and 19th century-style artwork. But unlike accommodations of the past, this bed and breakfast offers central air conditioning, a private bath, telephone, and television in each guest room. Business travelers will appreciate the two phone lines and dataport in each room, as well as the services of the mansion's fully equipped office.

A tradition that followed the landed gentry from England to the plains of Wyoming, and still lives on in Cheyenne today. Every Friday and Saturday, join the Nagel Warren Mansion staff in period costume as it continues this wonderful ritual. The menu changes every season - winter, spring, summer, fall and a very special Christmas High Tea.

You'll be seated in your choice of the Parlour or Sitting Room and while you enjoy finely steeped teas and tea sandwiches, you can enjoy the company of friends or new acquaintances. Reservations are recommended. Libations are available.

A light afternoon tea is served for guests from 4 pm until 6 pm daily. Beverage service is available.
