Little Mountain Lodge, Breckenridge

The Little Mountain Lodge is a one-of-a-kind 13 BR + loft/12.5 Bath home located 1.5 blocks from Main Street in downtown Breckenridge. This $7M estate home sits on three gorgeous acres and has all of the amenities of a high end hotel along with private hot tub, elevator, commercial kitchen, pool table, pinball, poker table, and top of the line furnishings and finishes to satisfy the most discriminating groups. The house has almost 10000 sf of pure luxury that can be viewed by visiting the FLOORPLAN.



Our homes have been used for years to host memorable family reunions, anniversary celebrations, small weddings, and holidays. The Lodge at Carolina in the Pines has been around since 1998 when it opened as a luxury B&B with ten remarkable guest rooms.

Ten years and two children later, running a B&B is not an option these days. The Lodge has been transformed into the perfect private home for family events. In 2005, we turned the attached owners home into two additional bedrooms (each with private bath) and another greatroom that now boasts a custom pool table, bar, fireplace, and poker table (or additional eating space).

For weddings of 50 guests or less (including the wedding party), The Lodge at Carolina in the Pines is a wonderful spot for weddings and reception hosted inside our beautiful greatrooms. We require a three night minimum rental of The Lodge for wedding weekends and hope that our brides to feel as though they are getting married in their own homes. The Lodge has 12 BR/12.
