The Lennox House is a three-story classic Queen Anne Victorian, built in 1890 by John and Martha Lennox, early Colorado Springs pioneers. Conveniently located near I-25 in a historic residential area a few blocks from the downtown area, the Lennox House features a wrap around porch, formal entry with an elegant, carved oak staircase, and original leaded glass windows.
The living and dining areas house an original carved oak and imported Italian tile fireplace, a traditional curved window that faces Pike's Peak, and a stunning original leaded glass window. There are period antiques throughout the home, complemented by comfortable furniture and a large sun deck for outdoor dining. A full gourmet breakfast is served daily.
There are four spacious seasonal bedrooms: the Spring Haven, the Summer Escape, the Winter Hideaway and the Autumn Retreat, all with private baths. On the third floor is the Falcon's Nest Suite, a 2-bedroom apartment that sleeps 8, with kitchen and fireplace. Each room is tastefully decorated with Colorado seasons and wildlife in mind; themed artwork, new furniture, and exquisite antique period pieces.
