lake view bed & breakfast is surrounded by rocky mountain national park, arapahoe national forest, and three lakes. grand lake is known as the "the gem of the rockies", therefore, our four guest rooms are the names of gems. We have the Sapphire, Emerald, Amethyst, and the Blue Topaz. Each room has color cable television, telephones, and queen beds, with spectacular views of Shadow Mountain and Shadow Mountain Lake. All rooms have full private baths. We have two great rooms with gas log fireplaces, a library/loft, media center, and a thousand square foot deck that everyone shares.
Lake view Bed & Breakfast includes a full country breakfast each morning at 8 am. Breakfast includes hearty entrees, seasonal fresh fruit, homemade baked goods, juice, coffee and or tea.
Come enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park. Rocky Mountain national Park is closed to through traffic in the winter. However, you can drive in ten miles and enjoy the views, wildlife, such as deer, elk, and moose. Trails are open for cross country skiing or snowshoeing.
