Historic Georgian farmhouse on 3.7peaceful acres surrounded by 18th century stone walls, gardens and a canopy of majestic trees. The Inn, of post and beam construction, retains many of its original features such as wide plank floors, large colonial era hearth and working fireplaces . Furnished in a comfortable elegance with antiques and art lovingly collected by the Innkeepers over many years. All guest rooms are spacious, have private bathrooms, comfortable chairs for private time, a/c , bathroom amenities basket, hairdryers, CD players and queen/king four poster beds, two with fireplaces. Common areas include the Great Room with a huge hearth and library and the large covered porch . A full homemade breakfast is served on fine china and linens in our dining room, or weather permitting, outside our covered porch surrounded by greenery. Fresh,homemade cookies and our friendly golden retriever will greet your arrival.
