Built at the turn-of-the-century, The John Randall House provides a friendly retreat from the outside world. The house, once the home of the town doctor and his family, still retains all it's original woodwork and hardwood floors instilling a Victorian charm.

Sitting atop a hill on Bradford Street, The John Randall House offers our guests a prime location to enjoy all of Provincetown. One block off of Commercial Street with its art galleries, curio shops, gyms, fine dining and pulsating nightlife, The John Randall House's location in the very center of town makes everything just a short walk away. Turn right out our front door and you're just a few blocks to the infamous Pilgrim Monument.

Our deck and garden area are the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee & breakfast while reading the morning paper , relaxing with a book while sunning in the afternoon or enjoying an evening cocktail.Truly the perfect place to watch as the world, or at least the people in Provincetown go by.

A fireplace, fine art and interesting antiques grace the handsome drawing room with it's warm red walls. Enjoy a complimentary cordial while relaxing before or after your evening dinner. The enclosed front porch, with it's quaint white wicker furniture and beautiful plants, catches the afternoon breezes making it a perfect place for that afternoon nap or reading a book during the lazy days of summer.

Perfect location just minutes from the town centre, great friendly hosts and the tastiest banana muffins for breakfast!

My stay was satisfactory. The rate , though, was no bargain for the off-season and in the current economy ($97 with taxes).I thought the bathtubless shower was cramped, And I did not like the fact that the light there and the fan were on the same switch, such that the latter (quite loud) could not be turned off without the former being turned off. So, it was difficult, for example, to keep an ear to the TV news while shaving. The hosts, however, were hospitable, and the room itself ws fairly large and bright.
