The Inn sits 45 feet up on a bluff, with panoramic ocean and Martha’s Vineyard views. Just 70 miles south of Boston and one hour from Providence, the Inn is perfectly located for sightseeing throughout Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, Newport and Plymouth.

The Inn is open spring, summer and autumn and is equally special during each of the seasons. The cooler months bring our blazing fireplace to life, while the crisp cool breezes entice you to stroll along our quiet beaches for the best of shelling and unusual finds.

The warmer months introduce an abundance of activities and events...but the Inn remains a quiet retreat; the ideal location to welcome the sunrise or delight in, yet another majestic sunset streaked sky. We possess innumerable, enchanting gifts for all your senses. This is a special Bed & Breakfast and this is Cape Cod.

The Inn offers ten spacious, tastefully decorated guest rooms with magnificent ocean and Martha's Vineyard views. nine rooms offer water views; five with private decks and one with kitchenette.

Each guest room is well appointed with a comfortable queen-size bed, loads of pillows, a clock radio, a cable television, ceiling fan, window air conditioner, wireless Internet, ironing board, robes and lots of fluffy towels, French milled soaps and fine toiletries; as well as a large basket of beach towels.

A bountiful, sumptuous, full breakfast is available each morning between the hours of 8:30- 11 AM; breakfast may be enjoyed where ever the mood takes you...in the dining room with us, on your deck or in your guest room; or on the beach; it's up to you.
