Located .5 of a mile off U.S. 76, 5 miles east of Hiawassee, GA and minutes from Helen, Clayton, Blairsville, and North Carolina. Henson Cove Place is convenient to many great outdoor attractions with a variety of things to do... or nothing at all. B&B guests are provided with comfortable lodging, great food, and a beautiful setting to unwind and refresh their body and soul. Enjoy a relaxing early evening wine/appetizer happy hour on Saturdays and tasty sweet treats daily.

Hotel Policies:

Our hours are from 8:30AM to 7:00PM. Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. If you find you are going to be later then 6:00PM, please call us on our toll free number so that we can keep a special eye out for you. If we are not on the property a letter will be on the front and back doors (depending what room you are in) showing you to your room and around the B&B. Extra person per room $15.00, except in the Cove Cabin. Arrivals after 10:00PM or check-out after 11:30AM will be charged a $25.00 late fee. Check-out time is 11:00AM.
Cancellations require a 14-day notice. You are responsible for all nights of the reservation to the extent we cannot re-rent the room. Reservations cancelled at anytime carry a $25.00 cancellation fee or forfeit of any vouchers/gift certificates. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice and no-shows will be charged the FULL amount of the room/dates reserved and/or forfeit of your voucher unless the room(s)/dates can be re-booked.
