Situated by the sea in the heart of the historic district, the Gothic Inn combines the convenience of location with the warm hospitality of a family run country inn.
Here you can absorb the spectacular view of surf and beach, watch commercial and pleasure boats enter and leave Old Harbor, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere for which Block Island is so famous.
Originally built as the private residence of Captain Darius B. Dodge, a 19th Century druggist and sea captain, the Gothic Inn is now owned and operated by the Wohl family, who are also pharmacists.
We thank those of you who visited us in the past and hope you will stay with us and enjoy our accommodations on Block Island in the future. We look forward to hearing from you. Book your reservations for next year (2008) before January 1, 2008 and be charged at the 2007 rates.
