The large colonial brick house stands overlooking the William Conner property and the White River. The Inn is located on a quiet estate that is convenient to Indianapolis attractions including shopping, sports and art. Many of the Inn's refurbished decorations came from neighboring businesses such as the 18 foot dining table which was formerly in an executive board room, and the large wooden locker from Union Station, the train station in Indianapolis. Your entry through the French doors will lead you to one of 10 beautifully restored rooms complete with 10 foot ceilings, and all the luxuries of home.

Antiques, oriental rugs, and elegant furnishings make an overnight stay at the Frederick-Talbott a memorable one. Each room offers spacious bathrooms, fine mattresses, and some offer Jacuzzis and a fireplace. The formal dining room seats 20 comfortably. A second dining area on the sun porch is a cheerful place to start your day.

Interests include a train ride on the Hamiltonian that escorts visitors to one of the nearby gourmet restaurants. During August the train makes nightly trips downtown to the great Indiana State Fair.
