This lovely one bedroom/2 baths unit offers a newly decorated living room with hardwood flooring,a large private deck and 180 degree ocean view. Watch Whales and magnificent tropical sunsets in the privacy of this home and in comfort and style. You can also see the ocean and waves from your Master Bedroom, from your kitchen and living room.
From here you can walk to many restaurants, boutiques and shops, churches, Internet Cafés, Farmer’s Market, Theatres and night life.
This is a well maintained security building with a large pool and security elevator and private parking space.
A public tennis court and volleyball court is located next to the complex. You don’t need a car to enjoy the lovely beaches and many other activities because you are in peaceful Kailua-Kona, on the sunny side of the Big Island.

Location, location! The oceanfront view was breathtaking. The waves where so high during the time of our stay and we enjoyed our meals on the lanai watching the ocean and people strolling below us. We did not use a car on this trip because everything was within walking distance including some great restaurants and bars. The unit was lovely and spacious. Thank you, Marianna!
