The neighborhood wildlife are a joy to see: bear, deer, elk, bald eagles, blue heron, kingfishers, ducks, beaver, otter, owls, woodpeckers, hummingbirds and numerous song birds. Bring your boat or arrange for a charter to pick you up and head out to the river, bay or the ocean (a private tidal dock is available).
This property is located near the Oregon Dunes where there are numerous trails to the beach and plenty of areas to explore.
