Perfect for a family vacation or a romantic weekend, our award winning cottages are walking distance to restaurants and shopping in historic downtown Flagstaff. WE ARE FAMILY ORIENTED & WELCOME CHILDREN! We even provide pak-n-play cribs and highchairs. Please ask us about bringing a pet.
Our rates are from $140.00 to $285.00 per night depending on the cottage size and number of guests. Children 6 and under stay free. We give 10%discount for AAA, AARP, Active Military, and stays of 7 nights or more.
Our cottages vary in size from one to four bedrooms and are fully equipped with everything you need for comfortable daily living. Our location is great for using us as a" home base "from which to explore the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and many Indian Ruins. Hiking and biking opportunities abound!
We provide coffee, teas, cocoa, & a snack basket for you to enjoy at your leisure! Picnic table, lawn furniture, gas BBQ grill, cable color TV with VCR&DVD,bicycles,{ask in advance}tennis rackets, sleds,and picnic baskets are provided for your enjoyment. Most cottages have a gas fireplace and washer/dryer.All cottages have wi/fi.

Our cottages are completely furnished with comfortable, pleasing furniture .We provide all linens, towels, pots, pans and dishes for your convenience.
All cottages have a microwave oven, coffee pot, blender,hairdryer and other items to increase your comfort. We even have a washer/dryer, gas BBQ grill, lawn furniture, and information on fun thing to see in our beautiful city!!
Pat & Ed are long time residents of Flagstaff and are happy to give you information of activities and sights to see in or near our city.
Hotel Policies:
Check in is 3PM or after. If the cottage is open the night before you may check in early.
Check out is 11AM unless other arrangements have been made.
We are a family oriented business! Children of all ages are welcome!
We accept pets! There is a $25 charge for the extra cleaning that is done.
If you need to cancel your reservation give us as much notice as possible.If the cottage is re-rented a full refund will be issued.
In the event of illness, or an emergency, special accommodations will be made.

Lowell Observatory, Museum of Northern Arizona, Riordan Mansion, Coconino Center for the Arts, and Pioneer Historical Museum are right in town.
Several Indian Ruins are within a 25 mile radius.
Sedona is a short 30 minute drive.
Grand Canyon is a 70 mile drive through beautiful countryside.
