We love our proximity to mountains and strikingly beautiful sections of the historic Connecticut River, accessible in season by narrated cruises describing the historic and environmental heritage of this 'National Historic River', or by canoe and kayak.
Centennial House, like its surroundings in one of New England's best-preserved villages (Northfield, MA), is rich in history and perfect for school and college visits, vacations, romantic weekend getaways and special occasions. Flexible lodging options include single rooms and two-room suites.
Once the residence of the Northfield Academy president, Centennial House welcomes current and prospective students, parents and alumni of Linden Hill, Northfield Mount Herman, Deerfield Academy, Stoneleigh Burnham and Center schools, the Five College consortium (including the University of Massachusetts, Smith College, Amherst College, Hampshire College and Mt.
