Our 1883 townhouse was built for Daniel O’Connor, uncle to famed writer Flannery O’Connor. The main house is a two story townhouse facing Broughton Street. It has three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths and will sleep 6 people. It features a full living and dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer, & a jetted tub in the master bath. It is beautifully decorated with period furnishings.

The carriage house sits overlooking the courtyard. It has 1 bedroom with 1 bath and will sleep 4 people utilizing a sleeper sofa in the living room. It features a combined living and dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer, & a jetted tub. It is newly constructed and decorated in a sleek, Italian style.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Savannah’s landmark historic district on Broughton Street between Price and Houston Street. Guests can easily walk to our beautiful green squares & other historic sites. There are many shops and fine restaurants within a five minute walk. We feature off-street parking for two vehicles as well as street parking.

Guests can also relax in our private courtyard. Our place is the perfect getaway for vacationing couples, small family reunions, or wedding parties. We can accommodate groups from 2 to 10 people.
