Superb location in most exclusive, historically preserved downtown neighborhood. Private home in elegant 1869 Victorian townhouse overlooking river. Spacious rooms, private baths, homecooked breakfast. Price varies seasonally.
2 very large, comfortably furnished bed/sitting rooms with antiques, Oriental rugs, non-working fireplaces and remarkable architectural detail. Rooms have a double or queen bed, plus a large sofabed, TV, private bath. Elevator for luggage.
Home-cooked breakfast served in elegant room overlooking river at 1870 Normand carved round table with chandeliers from French chateau. Hostess anxious to share her knowledge of 35 plus years of living here.
Two friendly white dogs in residence. Full breakfast included, NO 14% hotel tax because this is a private home. Three night minimum stay required.
