Be Our Guest, a full service Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse, surpasses the lodging needs of most travelers. Singles, couples, small groups and large families alike will find Be Our Guest a charming and comfortable retreat. There is an overall Southwestern decor and theme. Time spent collecting books, art and antiques has added interest and flavor to the rustic and spacious Lodge Room. Each guestroom is uniquely decorated and named. Three of the 5 guestrooms have full private baths. The other guestrooms and sleeping area have 3 baths that they share. There are quality toiletries and ammenities in baths and rooms. Some have robes and slippers as well.

Most of the accommodations include a deliciously prepared breakfast, served in the dining room and sun room. We are known for our breakfasts and no one is allowed to leave hungry! There are kitchen privileges and full kitchen for guests to use on the ground floor. Let us know if you have any special dietary needs. Other meals may be prepared with prior arrangement.

We are snuggled in the pines on the north side of Hwy160E at the 150 Mile Marker, in San Juan River Village. Our mountain village backs into the national forest and the San Juan River is just across the highway. We are 17 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area and 6 miles from the hot mineral baths in Pagosa Springs. There is great access and good parking.
