One-bedroom condos and a two bedroom suite with en-suite bath and kitchens are located six blocks from Bourbon Street and within walking distance to most New Orleans' attractions. The Frenchmen Street mecca of nightclubs, bars and a number of good and reasonably priced restaurants are within a few blocks of our door. Guests can relax in one of our courtyards for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. See our web site for details.

Hotel Policies:

Check-in time: after 1:00 PM but may be arranged for earlier time with advance notice.
Check-out time: 12:00 Noon but may be arranged for later time with advance notice.

Cancellations

Non-Special Event Periods: Cancellation of reservations during non-special event periods made 14 or more days in advance of arrival date, deposit will be refunded less a $35.00 administrative fee plus any banking fees incurred by Ingram Haus. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival may be charged full stay unless the suite(s) can be re-booked at the same rate and terms.

Special Event Periods: Some special events, including but not limited to Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest, have longer cancellation requirements; after the date pre-payment is required, a reservation is not refundable.

Guests are responsible for all reserved dates, regardless of late arrival or early departure.

Arriving from Baton Rouge and Airport:

Take I-10 East to the I-610 split. Take I-610 (sign reads: Slidell) to the third exit (Elysian Fields). Exit I-610 and turn right. Pass five traffic lights (at Lowes Building Supply, N. Miro St., N. Galvez St., N. Claiborne Ave., and St. Claude Ave). Past the traffic lifht at St. Claude Ave., 1012 is in the first block on the right. Note: There is a large green building and parking lot on the left side of the street.

Arriving from the Gulf Coast:

Take I-10 or I-610 to the Elysian Fields exit. Exit the Interstate and turn left. Pass four traffic lights ( N. Miro St., N. Galvez St., N. Claiborne Ave., and St. Claude Ave). Past the traffic lifht at St. Claude Ave., 1012 is in the first block on the right. Note: There is a large green building and parking lot on the left side of the street.

Very enjoyable location for attending Jazz Fest. 24 hour Po Boy next door was great for late night snacks. Scott was an excellent Inn Keeper.
