Let me introduce myself. I am Pat with AAAA Care Bed & Breakfast / Inn. I would like to welcome you into my beautiful cozy log home. Decorated to reflect a rustic elegance and modern comfort with something for everyone. The Bed & Breakfast is built above my home with it's own private entrance. This is your home away from home. A spacious 3000 square foot with 8 large clean comfortable rooms with private & shared baths.

Comfortable Fairbanks, Alaska log home hospitality, near museums , airport & train depot, shopping, restaurants, post office and local attractions. Perfect for the business traveler or family on vacation

We also offer a variety of other services such as use of extra winter clothing while staying with us also tour information is available. For extra privacy or extended stays, ask about our furnished guest homes with all the amenities. Call for rates.

We are minutes from the Airport and the Train Depot. Courtesy pick-up available. We are conveniently located near the University of Alaska Museum, The Riverboat Discovery, Historic Pioneer Park, shopping, Ice Alaska Park, post office, bus routes and restuarants.

Worst lodging experience of my life. Spoke with Pat on the phone at first and she seemed helpful at first. When I arrived at the property she required cash only to be paid in advance for my stay, I soon discovered why... The heat did not work and the room was constantly 50 degrees, the bed linen was dirty and smelled like and old women with strong perfume at slept in it for a week. The entire place was smelly, cold and moldy. When I complained and requested a refund the answer I got was "ALL SALES ARE FINAL!" " NO REFUNDS" In my opinion this is a very shady buisness and I question whether the proceeds are being reported to the IRS appropriately. I should have known better, never pay cash for anything, it is a sign you are about to be ripped off.
