5 Continents B&B, new Orleans

Not your normal Bed and Breakfast, the 5 Continents is a reflection of the owner's travels and life experiences. We are located a short six block walk along the historic Esplanade from the French Quarter in an 1890's Greek Revival Mansion. We offer two room suites and a cottage in our garden area just off the court yard. Our Accomodations feature 300 Count sheets, Aromatherapy Spa ammenities,air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, ironing boards and hair dryers.
Guests are accommodated in our two-room suites upstairs in the main house or in our cottage in the garden area. Each are named for a different continent - Europe, Asia, Eurasia and North America and are decorated with artwork from the continent they represent. They are furnished with an eclectic collection of antiques and reproduction pieces. Oriental rugs cover the polished hardwood floors in the main house.
A hot gourmet breakfast is served in our formal dining room. It is a two course event beginning with fresh seasonal fruit or fruit and yogurt, freshly brewed coffee and a selection of fine teas, as well as a choice of juice. The entree is truly a treat for the palate...... Russian Eggs(Smoked North Alantic Salmon in scrambled eggs with hot buttery biscuits, Eggs Sardou, Louisiana Shrimp Benedict, Baked Pear French Toast with a rasher of hickory smoked bacon or possibly Omelets to order!
