June & Harry Claydon Roberts stayed with us at Yew Tree Guest House on the 3rd & 4th October arriving, checking in and collecting their key 14.30. A very nice couple who were visiting family in the area. We had very intesting chats each morning about New Zealand and the places they were hoping to see while in the UK. Each room has a guest information board stating that if a guest encounters a problem or are unhappy with anything to let us know. At no stage through out their stay did June or Harry mention they were unhappy with the guest house or their room.- they did not stay with Yew Tree Guest House on the 10th & 12th October.

We had a warm and friendly welcome. The rooms were very comfortable, warm and cozy. We timed it just right as the xmas lights were being turned on just outside the guest house so there was a lovely atmosphere. I was a little disappointed that there was no cooked breakfast!! but overall we had a good stay.
