Welcome to our friendly hotel with its relaxed and informal atmosphere, situated in the medieval village of Dunster, nestled below Dunster Castle. We provide Cots, Highchairs and Dog beds at no extra charge. Special out of season rates for group bookings. Special interest breaks include Opera, Music and Artist Workshops, breaks in conjunction with Dunster Castle, Murder Mystery Weekends and many more. Spectacular scenery and walks direct from the Hotel, walking group breaks a speciality. The hotel is the centre for Exmoor-walking-holidays.
All rooms are en-suite with Colour TV, Hot Drink making facilities and Central Heating. Dine in our elegant Restaurant and enjoy freshly cooked locally produced (where possible) food. Open to non-residents.

Travelling from the North leave M5 motorway, junction 24 from the South junction 26 both signposted Minehead.(Dunster is approximately 2 Miles before Minehead). After the village of Carhampton you will see Dunster Castle on your left, take the slip road off to the left signposted ‘Dunster Village’.

In the centre of a Medieval Village. Central for Exmoor and its majestic wildlife, Within easy reach of the pretty coastal villages and Exmoor National Park. The beginning of the South West Coast Path 2 miles from the hotel.
