Woodhouses
A seventeenth century, listed building which retains its period character but also provides a very high standard of modern comfort and convenience. Guests have the use of a residents lounge with TV and video, and they may make hot drinks at any time in the breakfast room… …or sit in the garden. Off street parking is available. Hollingbourne has three public houses - The Dirty Habit, The Sugar Loaves and the Windmill. All serve excellent lunch and evening meals, and the last two are just a few yards from Woodhouses.

There are three bedrooms, each of which has its own individual character:

-The Russian room
6 foot wide bed (or two 3 foot beds), T.V., en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, w.c. and basin.

-The African room
En suite shower, w.c. and basin, 6 foot wide bed (or two 3 foot beds), overlooking the garden.

The Oriental room
En suite bath and shower, w.c, and basin, 6 foot wide bed ( or two 3 foot beds.)
Sue and Richard Woodhouse have been welcoming guests to their B&B since 1992. many come back over and over again.

The Beds were lovely and comfortable but we chose this hotel because of the pool and it was shut.Breakfast was too highly priced and decor was a poor standard .This hotel is rated a 3 but is bordering a 2 star .A few changes and it would be wonderful .

Very nice room. Just as advertised. Lovely BnB owners that went out of their way to make our experience a good one. If your looking to stay in a quieter, English village, this BnB is highly recommended.

We were made very welcome. Accommodation was well maintained and we had use of sitting room and kitchen/dining room. The breakfast which was included was very very good. Would be delighted to stay there again.
