We wanted to stay there; but they do not answer my messages, trying to book a room! So went to Travel Lodge instead. Wake up Woodhouse; you're losing customers!

I enjoyed my short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the food excellent. The sun shone on the day of my visit and so the view from the dining room and veranda was really attractive. I would certainly visit again.

I have visted the woodhouse many times over the last 4 - 5 years but this visit has been the most enjoyable. The refurbished rooms were extremly comfortable and the meal my partner and I had were first class. As usuall the views over the gardens and countryside are stunning and I would definatly recommend this hotel to anyone.
