Very good standard, bathroom was well appointed and modern, loads of hot water. Bedroom of good standard plenty of space. Landlady very helpful and breakfast was first rate. Only criticism was the failure to answer E Mails, had to resort to phoning .. worth persevering as such a good quality property.

The lady at the GuestHouse did not reply to my enquiry. As I only made the enquiry 3 days before my intended visit, when she had not replied after 2 days I telephoned her to ask if she had a vacancy. She had not. So I made different arrangements.
