This does exactly 'what it says on the tin'....Clean & comfortable, not as noisy as you would expect for the centre of London & earplugs provided anyway for your convenience. Good quality breakfast although service a bit slower than last time i stayed BUT they were very busy. Would stay again.

very difficult checking in as Fri night and you have to check in at the bar which was packed and noisy. Room was nice though 2 out of 3 lights didn't have bulbs in. Also had no hot water at all the next morning and no-one to complain to as no reception. Breakfast was cold due to the chef being on his own and having to wait on tables and cook. Good location for Waterloo.

The whole of the capital is on your doorstep. The hotel is close to most of the major underground links as well as the station, so you are perfectly placed to explore all that London has to offer.
