Weirmill Farm Bed & Breakfast, Cullompton

Luxurious rooms, beautiful rooms, peaceful surroundings make Weir Mill something very special in the beautiful Culm Valley, yet is within walking distance of the local village centre and Halfway House Pub. The farmhouse is surrounded by 100 acres of farmland and has a large garden with ample parking.

The farmhouse offers spacious accommodation which consists of a family room with en-suite (1 double and 2 single beds, or let as a twin), a double room en-suite and a double room with a en-suite bathroom. Each room has colour flat screen TV, tea making facilities, electric blanket, hair dryer heating and wireless internet connection. Guests have the use of a comfortable lounge at all times which has a colour flat screen TV.

We do have a no-smoking policy through-out the house.

There are three Pubs which serve food within a 3 mile radius of Weir Mill, one of which is within walking distance.

Ideal for touring the Westcountry, the M5 Motorway (J27) is approximately 3 miles away giving easy access to many place of interest, including the Cathedral City of Exeter, with the lovely South Devon seaside resorts being only half an hour's drive away. Dartmoor, the Exmoor National Park and North Devon Coast are all within easy reach. Riding, swimming, golf, tennis and many good restaurants are all available as are places of Historic Interest, National Trust Properties, Gardens and Wild Life, Exeter Airport is half an hour away and Tiverton Parkway Station is 10 minutes away.

Directions:
From the M5 Junction 27 - Sampford Peverell take the B3181 to Willand (approximately 3 miles) where the Halfway House Pub will be seen on your right. At the Four Crossways roundabout take the Uffculme turning (B3440). Then immediately take the first right into Willand Moor Road and then take the 5th turning on the left into Jaycroft. Continue for 50 yards where you will find Weir Mill Farm entrance on the left.
