Wearyall Hill House is a large 106 year old famous period Victorian residence in gardens of over one acre in peaceful grounds with spectacular rural views over the surrounding countryside. It makes a good base to visit other areas such as City of Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Bath and other areas of National Heritage.
In the garden is a seated area where guests can enjoy a relaxing breather including a picnic area in our spinney. We provide a high level of luxurious accommodation. There is a restful guests lounge with pay phone and piano.
Stay in a famous & historic late victorian house in elevated grounds of one and a half acres of garden with spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. All rooms have remote FREE TV/SKY movie/CNN channels, fan and fridge.FREE WIFI internet access,Tea/coffee facilities. Residents lounge. Large offroad Car park.Choice of SIX cooked breakfasts. Approx.12-15 mins walk to town centre,Abbey,shop & restaurants. Double/4 poster/twin rooms.
On entering the town centre, take the A 39 to Street. After the roundabout (B & Q store and Petrol Station on the right) then take the 1st left which is the Roman Way. We are the 8th house on the left. After our fencing at the front, turn sharp left into a private drive. Keep going till you reach our 5 bar gate through which is the parking area.
