Guests are invited to share our lovely garden and picnic furniture. Or in our orchard, sit by the fish pond and relax. All rooms have panoramic views of Loch Lomond. Waters Edge is full of antiques and curios, collected on our travels, creating a unique, interesting atmosphere.

Relax in our Guest Lounge. a great place to enjoy a pre dinner complimentary sherry or your own drinks (ice and fridge provided). Watch the swans and ducks swim by. French doors lead to the garden and pond. Loungers provided for those lazy sunny days, when you've had your fill of the wonderful trips and sights to see practically on our doorstep.

Romantic setting for two. a private entrance into your own sitting room with a 5 mile view across loch Lomond to the mountains beyond. Complimentary sherry and a courtesy tray are provided. The bedroom echoes the gothic architectural style of the cottage and has a canopied 4 poster bed, ensuite shower room, TV and garden view.

From Waters Edge there is a wonderful 30 minute lochside walk to the nearest village of Balloch. En route you can choose to eat or have a cocktail in some of the best restaurants in the west of Scotland. alternatively, you can walk 15 minutes north and take the boat to Inchmurrin island for dinner - a lovely night out.
