Warwick House, Penzance

Warwick House is a charming Regency period Guest House built in the 1830’s and now a Grade II listed building, with superb views of Mount’s Bay. We enjoy an enviable position with the promenade in front of us, whilst the quaint inns and restaurants of historic Chapel Street lie behind us.

Penzance is the perfect base to discover Cornwall. St. Michaels Mount, Lands End, St. Ives, and the inspirational Minack theatre are close by. The Eden Project and Isle of Scilly can be easily reached. Penzance is convenient for travelling by car or by foot. We have our own car park and are ideally positioned for the Train/bus station and Heliport. The Isles of Scilly Ferry is a 5 minute walk. The guest house is totally non-smoking. Wireless Broadband internet access is available.

Most of our guest bedrooms have stunning sea views. All of our rooms are impeccably presented and provide a high level of comfort, encouraging you to relax as soon as you arrive.

All guest house rooms have TV/ DVD player (with complimentary film library), tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, and many other little extras to make you feel instantly at home. After your day of exploring take it easy, unwind and enjoy the view from our patio. Relax and read a book in our comfortable lounge. Plenty of Books, Maps on the area and a computer for guest use are provided.

We have our own car park with ample parking for all guest rooms. Assistance is available from car park to your room. Luggage will always be carried to your room; and on departure to your car or taxi. The car park surface is gravel with 2 steps up to the front garden level.
