Arrival
Check-in is available from 2 pm and rooms are held until 6.00 pm; should you require earlier/later check-in please contact the hotel prior to your arrival.

Check-out is by 11.00 am; should you require a late check-out please enquire at the hotel

Booking Terms & Conditions
The Contract
All bookings will be confirmed, in writing, by Warkworth House Hotel to the client, outlining both specific and standard terms and conditions. It is in the clients’ own interests to ensure that the stated terms are correct and acceptable. Please contact Warkworth House Hotel immediately if you have any queries or the terms and conditions are not acceptable

Deposit/Security
All booking confirmations are subject to Warkworth House Hotel receiving from the client either a deposit (25% of booking value) or security (credit/debit card details) Please note that the deposit for online bookings is 20% and that this is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cheque deposits should be made payable to Warkworth House Hotel. All deposits will be deducted from clients’ final account. When placing a security, no transaction will be made against the card except in the event of a cancellation or a non-arrival (see cancellations below)

Final Account
The client will be presented with a final account when checking out of Warkworth House Hotel, this will be for the agreed value stated in the contract, less any deposit and plus any extra costs incurred during the stay

Cancellations
In the event of a client cancelling a booking, Warkworth House Hotel retains the right to recover the following cancellation charges:-
Over 4 weeks prior to arrival date 25% of booking value
1 – 4 weeks prior to arrival date 50% of booking value
Less than 1 week prior to arrival date 75% of booking value

Non-arrival by a client on the contracted date will be treated as a cancellation. Any deposit will be deducted from the cancellation charge. Where a security has been given, the cancellation charge will be made against the card. On all occasions, the Hotel/Inn will endeavour to re-let the cancelled accommodation thereby alleviating the need for a cancellation charge.

Insurance
Warkworth House Hotel recommends that clients take out suitable insurance
to cover any loss that may be incurred in the event of a cancellation

Returning Guests
Returning Customers can take advantage of the J&G Inns Ltd loyalty scheme entitling guests to save 10% when booking directly with us at the hotel

Children
Children u12 sleep free when sharing a room with an adult, paying only for their food. Children over 12years will be charged at full adult rate.

By Car
From the A1 take the B6345, signed for Amble & Felton. follow the signs for Warkworth Castle.
We’re in Warkworth village at the bottom of the hill below the castle and before the bridge.
Turn into the main car park on your left, go past the Post Office, head towards the church.
Then bear right along the wall in front of the church into the lane leading to the hotel car park.

If you miss the turn you’ll go past the front of the hotel towards the bridge. Simply turn around & come back (same as approaching from the Alnwick Direction), turning right into the village or hotel car parks.

By Rail
To Alnmouth on the East Coast Main Line (Edinburgh to London Kings Cross).

By Coach
To Alnwick or Morpeth (the nearest large towns). Just a short bus or taxi ride away

By Air
To Newcastle International Airport.
Close to the A1 and approximately 30 miles from Warkworth
