Steve, Heather and family extend a warm welcome, and invite you to be guests in our 4 star, luxuriously decorated and furnished Guest House, situated just over a mile from Poole with easy access to Ferries. Opposite the Guest House is the viewpoint picnic area, with superb views over Poole Harbour and Purbeck Hills.

The magnificent bedrooms are en-suite, with the four poster featuring a corner 'spa' bath. We have ground floor rooms available for those who struggle with stairs or have slight mobility problems.

Full English breakfast is served from 6 am onwards, cooked fresh to order.

Couple United Kingdom	7 We stayed in the annex, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The decor was a bit chintzy for us, perhaps could be updated. The hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was very good. The access to the annex was through a side gate, past the dustbins and was a little untidy. The worst thing was the boiler which was next door and stopped and started all night which didnt help a good nights sleep.
